Is there a discounted rate for the hotel?
Yes! The group rate for the event is $209​/night plus taxes and fees.
What does the registration fee include?

Admission to all education, exhibit hall and networking events/parties are INCLUDED with your conference registration along with the following meals:

  • Welcome Reception on Thursday, May 15
  • Continental breakfast on Friday, May 16
  • Exhibit hall lunch on Friday, May 16
  • Appetizers and drinks at the Happy Hour on Friday, May 16
Can I earn Continuing Education credit by attending the HTM Mixer?

Yes! The education presented at the 2025 HTM Mixer Denver has been approved for 12 CEUs by the ACI.

What happens in the exhibit hall?
The Exhibit Hall will feature leading companies who provide products and technology solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and promote patient safety for you and your department. By visiting the vendors you will learn about these opportunities as well as have an opportunity to win amazing door prizes!
What is the dress code for the conference?

The dress code is business casual, though the meeting rooms can tend to run cool so we do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket.

Where do I go when I arrive at the hotel?

There will be signage indicating where to find the HTM Mixer registration desk.

Do I have to “check-in” once I arrive?

You may visit the HTM Mixer registration desk at any point during the conference, but we ask that you do so prior to attending any sessions or entering the exhibit hall so that we can provide you with your badge and conference materials.
